Earthmade

Made with Bamboo-O material, the Earthmade portable charger is designed for disassembly so that the battery, housing and electronics can be separated at the end of life for correct recycling and disposal. Bamboo-O is a natural material made from waste Bamboo fibres and plant starch, with the ability to fully decompose in a composting environment. The calendar life of Bamboo-O is not dissimilar to that of a battery, allowing us to explore the possibility of a product where these parts share the same lifespan.
